Hello and Welcome!

Welcome to my page! I'm Chantal, a Digital Artisan with years of experience creating websites, logos, social media posts, book covers, and more. I love using a holistic approach to generate well-being, understanding that physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental wellness are all connected.

After spending nearly 47 years merely existing, I discovered Clifton Strengths and Human Design, which helped me realize my full potential and become a Strengths-based Life Coach. Prior to that, I found my passion for reflexology, which opened up a whole new world of understanding how the feet are connected to every inch of the body.

I also discovered the amazing healing powers of essential oils, which helped me overcome a debilitating illness. As an Essential Oil Specialist, I now offer a wide range of healing sources through my natural product line called Pure Bliss Essential Alchemy.

Combining reflexology and essential oils, I've created the Healthy Kick Start Bundle, an amazing program to help those struggling with health issues or those who want to get balanced and realigned. And if you want to transform your life, I also offer Strengths-based Life Coaching with a Human Design twist through my Ignite Your Fire program.

Here are two of my most recent accomplishments:

Firstly, I wrote, designed, edited, and published a 30-day journal called "Make your Day Magical!" to help people create positive habits and transform their lives.

Secondly, I have partnered up with some amazing people to create Niagara's first WATL Axe throwing venue!
